Respify responsive images

Default responsive image

A default responsive image, set to an image tag within the picture element

Responsive background image

A responsive image but instead of setting it on an image tag within the picture element it is set as a background image on the picture element

Dry run responsive image

A responsive image, but instead of setting the image we dry run and display the resulted image src. This can be usefull if you want to supply a responsive image to some different part of your js code.
